Booking Instructions

To register for the conference, first select General or Non-Member registration. You will then be asked to choose which hotel you would prefer to stay at. The price shown is for a standard room, and you will have the option to upgrade your room during the checkout process. The prices listed below are per night, and prices shown upon checkout are for the duration of the conference.

You will also be given the option during checkout to bring a non-participating guest. An alternative social program will be available for guests who are not participating in the conference.

Update 16.05.2023

Many room types are filling up quickly or are now full. In some cases, the option to “upgrade” the room is now pre-selected. This is the case when the cheaper room type is fully-booked.

Please note

All of the main accommodation providers in the Fjallabyggð area are reserved during the dates of the conference. It is only possible to book accommodation at the listed providers during the registration process.
